Deposits made using funds that are subject to a chargeback or reversal dispute will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Any winnings generated from disputed funds will be voided.

Winning bets are settled and credited to your account balance in PKR following official confirmation of the result. Settlement times vary by sport and event type. Cricket matches are typically settled within a few hours of the final result being confirmed officially. In case of a dispute regarding settlement, the outcome as confirmed by the official governing body of the relevant sport takes precedence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MMY platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and permanent closure of your account:
MMY takes all suspected instances of the above seriously and will cooperate fully with any relevant law enforcement investigation where required. Accounts suspected of prohibited conduct may be suspended without notice pending an internal review.
MMY reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to pass identity verification or conduct detrimental to the platform or its community.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus activity will be voided. Real money balances may be withheld pending investigation and returned to the original deposit source once all checks are completed, where applicable.
You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting support. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, this will be treated as a self-exclusion request and processed with immediate effect. If you are closing for any other reason, your balance will be paid out to your registered payment method following final verification.

MMY's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
